SCS SB 1253 -- URBAN REDEVELOPMENT

This bill clarifies that the definition of "city" as it relates
to urban redevelopment corporations also includes unincorporated
areas of Jackson County.  Currently, the definition applies to
any city and unincorporated areas of St. Louis County.
